Yield
Covers 3 dehydrator sheets
Ingredients
3 pounds apples (cored, roughly chopped)
3 tablespoons ginger (peeled, roughly chopped)
3 lemons (peeled and seeded, or juiced)
3 tablespoons agave syrup (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Put all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and puree until smooth.
2. Distribute evenly onto 3 dehydrator sheets, (I have an Excalibur). Make sure to make it thicker around the edges as that area tends to dry out faster.
3. Set the temperature to 105 Fahrenheit and dehydrate for about 12 hours.
P.S. I sometimes add up to 1/3 cup ginger if I want more of a bite.
