2 ripe bananas
1 ripe banana (frozen)
½ cup pecans (ground)
2 dashes of cinnamon
1 tablespoon agave or your preferred sweetener
Water
1 vanilla bean (split open, insides scooped out)
Recipe Directions
1. Throw it all in the blender.
2. Blend, adding enough water to achieve your desired consistency.

i just cant stop eating this smoothie. This morning we made this recipe with fresh peaches. SO GOOD!

I just made this and it was delicious! Instead of pecans I added cashews and sunflower seeds and I also added 4 fresh strawberries. It looks and tastes like chocolate smoothie :) Thank you!!

I agree! Here's a tasty variation: When I use raw carob, I substitute frozen pitted cherries for the bananas & soaked/rinsed sunflower seeds for the pecans. yum yum!

I just made this and it was delicious! Instead of pecans I added cashews and sunflower seeds and I also added 4 fresh strawberries. It looks and tastes like chocolate smoothie :) Thank you!!
