Recipe Directions

1. Put the banana, orange (check for seeds) and the chopped pineapple in the blender. I probably used a bit more than 1 1/2 cups of pineapple though, as i was using up the “leftovers”.

2. Blend until smooth!

This smoothie used up a really ripe banana, an orange close to being out of its prime, and the last of a big head of pineapple i had.

Mmm, so tasty!

A little on the pulpy side, but if you cut the pineapple cleanly, it shouldn’t be so bad. I didn’t mind it, personally.

I found this really delicious. I’m sure someone has done this combination before, but wowza! I shocked myself (not literally, heh)!

I’m sure you could do endless possibilities here.

I think smoothies are a great way to use up fruit that is very ripe and may not be the best in a fruit salad or something similar.

This almost exactly what I had for breakfast on the weekend. Great to share it with others! I used to do way more green smoothies but now, I crave fruit only. Anybody else experience this?

I have experienced the exact same thing. Most of the time all I want is fruit, and then there are times which I want some greens.

i think i go through phases or something. a few days ago i was making monsterous salads for dinner, and now for the last few days i've eaten almost all fruit. i'm not sure if i should be okay with craving only fruit and go with it, or if i should maybe push myself to eat some greens or vegetables.
