When I get home from work, feeling tired, and I would like to have something light and easy to make, this does it. This is ready in three minutes. My kids love it. It's their favorite!
Recipe Directions
1. Put the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with strawberries, chocolate, small pieces of apple, bananas, or cinnamon.
