2 cups buckwheat (sprouted)
1 apple (cored)
1 cup strawberries
1 to 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup water
1. Put the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with strawberries, chocolate, small pieces of apple, bananas, or cinnamon.
When I get home from work, feeling tired, and I would like to have something light and easy to make, this does it.
This is ready in three minutes.
My kids love it. It's their favorite!
