2½ cups almond pulp (saved from making milk)
¼ cup maple syrup
Pinch of salt
4 tablespoons coconut oil
3 parts date sugar
1 part cinnamon
Pinches of ground nutmeg or cloves
1/4 cup coconut oil with a dash of olive oil
1. Blend almond pulp, maple syrup, salt and 4 tablespoons coconut oil until smooth.
2. Then shape the mixture into little donut hole sized balls and dehydrate for 3 hours.
3. Brush the balls with the coconut-olive oil mixture.
4. Roll the balls in the date sugar mixture. Dehydrate again until desired crispiness.

Maple syrup is not raw, but I use it anyway.
If anyone tries this out with dates or any other raw sweetener, let me know how it turns out.
