Ingredients
1 large cabbage leaf
1/2 avocado cut into chunks
2 olives, chopped
lentil or fenugreek sprouts
lemon juice
liquid aminos
dulse flakes
slivered red pepper
Recipe Directions
1. soften cabbage leaf in the dehydrator for 10 minutes or dip in hot water
2. mix the rest of the ingredients into mashed avocado.
3. roll up in cabbage leaf
