Serves 1-2
Ingredients
1 cup mixed berries (include blueberries or blackberries for the color)
1 pear
2 teaspoons cacao powder
1 cup hemp seeds
Pinch of sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix or blender.
2. Blend with a cup of water until smooth.

This is delicious! I modified it slightly- substituting carob powder for the Cacao, added a dash of vanilla extract, and chilled the product in the freezer a bit to thicken like a parfait. Thanks for the recipe!

Hi This sounds really great. Have you tried it pouring the sauce over a peeled pear? I have hemp powder- I wonder if that would be just as good. This would be good with raspberries too.
