approx. 10 pillows
Ingredients
1 cup dates
2 cups dried prunes
approx. 10 heaping tbs raw cacao powder
1-2 tbs. cacao nibs
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
lots of love and attention
Recipe Directions
purree the dates and prunes either with a vita-mix, food processor or homogenize them with a juicer or whatever else you have..
then add the remainig ingredients and mix it into a thick batter.
form a ball and keep it in the fridge for a while.
then roll snakes out of it and these again in cinnamon.
take a sharp knife and cut off little pillows.
store them in the fridge, share with your beloved ones and enjoy*

Should I soak the prunes and dates? I'm thinking I might try this with mesquite, instead of cacao... and maybe a touch of ginger...hmmm...
