1 cup young coconut meat
1/2 cup young coconut water
2-3 tablespoons figs (soaked)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 vanilla bean (seeds only)
2 pinches of sea salt
1. Put everything in a high speed blender and blend till smooth and thick.
2. Serve with chopped nuts, fresh sliced fruits, or citrus zest.
