1 medium organic red/yellow bell pepper (cored & chopped)
1 medium organic cucumber (chopped)
1 small organic zucchini (chopped)
Stalk of organic celery (chopped)
2 stalks of organic green onion (chopped)
1 clove organic garlic
Handful of organic spinach leaves
8 organic cherry tomatoes
1 cup water
2 tablespoons organic lemon juice
1 tablespoon nutritional flakes
1 tablespoon organic olive oil
1 teaspoon organic coconut oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon organic cayenne (optional)
Green onion (chopped)
1. Place all ingredients (except garnish) in the blender. Blend at highest speed for 45 seconds.
2. To warm soup, blend a second and third time.
3. Serve in bowls and garnish with the green onion, avocado, Rawmesan, and tomato.
