Yield
2-2 1/2 cups (depending on the amount of water in the coconut)
Ingredients
Meat and juice from 1 young coconut
½ pinch of salt
1 teaspoon coffee extract
¼ teaspoon maple extract
2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
¼ teaspoon almond extract
Recipe Directions
1. Blend everything in a Vitamix on regular speed until finely blended and completely smooth. If you want it warm like a coffee drink, after completely smooth, blend on high until container gets warm.

I never liked the taste of coffee but liked all of the other flavors during my designer coffee drinking days.
So here is my contribution for the latte lovers.
