I had a hankering for coffee after smelling it for weeks in the office at work. I never liked the taste of coffee but liked all of the other flavors during my designer coffee drinking days. So here is my contribution for the latte lovers. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

Meat and juice from 1 young coconut
½ pinch of salt
1 teaspoon coffee extract
¼ teaspoon maple extract
2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
¼ teaspoon almond extract

Recipe Directions

1. Blend everything in a Vitamix on regular speed until finely blended and completely smooth. If you want it warm like a coffee drink, after completely smooth, blend on high until container gets warm.
