Coconut (shredded)
Honey
Cinnamon
1. Mix equal parts of flax seed, coconut and honey.
2. Add cinnamon to taste.
3. Press into bite size balls and place on baking sheet in freezer.
4. Remove 10 minutes prior to serving.

I bet this would be good with apple or dates or raisins mixed in... I'll make this soon (but with Agave instead of the honey). Thanks!

That sounds a lot like what I mix up in a bowl and eat as a snack sometimes. :D

this was easy to make - i found it too sweet with this much honey, so i'll try again with the honey cut in half - or with agave. thanks for posting!
