The Fresh Garden Dip was a huge hit with my parents! I served it with the cheese thins and everyone loved it. Thank you again.

Oh, this is good!! Mine consisted of Carrots, Mushrooms, Sunflower seeds, Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Celery, Spinach, Curry, Sea Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Parsley, Ceyanne Pepper, and a small Onion. My mom's face lit up when she tasted this -- one more victory against a raw food skeptic!
