THIS sounds so good!!
Is this what is also known as hijiki seaweed? I love hijiki seaweed, but there is a warning out about it, it contains arsenic.
Or is this actually a form of algae?
Also: Does anybody know how much it expands? Like, how much dry will make how much after soaking?

Yes, they are very very hard to get in the US. I worked hard to get them on the market, and I'm glad I did because they're amazing. My husband won't touch kelp noodles. He thinks they smell chemical, and they look very unnatural. Who has ever seen kelp look like that except out of a package? These are all natural, and so, so nutritious.
