2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup sliced olives
1 cucumber (diced)
Handful fresh basil or oregano
Pinch of salt
6 tablespoons apple cider vinager
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 head romaine lettuce
1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
Pinch of pepper
1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Pinch of sea salt
2 cloves garlic
1. Throw all the salad ingridents in a bowl and mix.
2. Put the nut cheese ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth and add to the salad.
3. Toss and serve! Enjoy
