Ingredients
1 cup of flax seeds
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of hemp seeds
1/2 cup of sundried tomatoes (soaked at least an hour)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh basil
1/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar
Water as needed
Recipe Directions
1. First soak the first 3 ingredients together for at least an hour.
2. Then place in blender or food processor with the remaining ingredients and blend until fairly smooth.
3. Spread thinly on Teflex sheets and dehydrate at 115 for at least 10 hours or until ready to flip and continue to dehydrate about another 8-10 hours.
