Hemp Protein Drink Hey guys! I've been weight lifting a bit so I decided to add a protein shake as one of my meals. This isn't really a "shake" though, the consistency is more of a slushy kind. It reminds me of horchata.

Ingredients

2 T Vanilla Spice Hemp Protein

1 C Vanilla Hemp milk

1/2 banana

1 T agave nectar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 C water

1-2 C ice

Recipe Directions

Blend it all together and enjoy! I used 1/2 C water instead of hemp milk to cut the fat, but you could always sub the milk back in! It's got a lot of protein, and I think it's yummy... so tell me what YOU think!

I bought hemp milk and hemp protein at my local grocery store. It's living harvest brand and they say all their stuff is raw and live with minimal processing. I hope it's true!
