Fee's Thoughts

I adapted this from The Innocent Smoothie recipe, “Banana, Medjool dates, and oats.”
The original contained yogurt and apple juice, but this tastes just as good.

Even though I can't eat oats, I love the combination of almond milk and bananas, like in ice cream, smoothies, drinks, anything! Great recipe :)

Sounds delish! Just how many cups would you say is half a pint?

Ive not posted it anywhere else chakre essence - I thought I made it up. I hope I havent unwittingly plagarised someone elses name. If I have I apologise.
I was trying to convert 300ml of almond milk and was working with english pints so it may be nearer 1 and 1/3 cups of milk.

I thought oat flakes weren't raw. You could probably make this with soaked oat groats though. Sounds seriously yummy.
