Serves 1
Ingredients
½ pint plain almond milk
1 large or 2 small bananas
2 Medjool dates
¾ ounce oat flakes
1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Place the milk in the blender and add the bananas and dates broken into pieces.
2. Add the oats and agave nectar if using.
3. Blend for a minute to ensure it is all smooth and delicious.
4. Pour into a nice glass and serve.
Fee's Thoughts
By Fee I adapted this from The Innocent Smoothie recipe, “Banana, Medjool dates, and oats.”
The original contained yogurt and apple juice, but this tastes just as good.

Even though I can't eat oats, I love the combination of almond milk and bananas, like in ice cream, smoothies, drinks, anything! Great recipe :)

Ive not posted it anywhere else chakre essence - I thought I made it up. I hope I havent unwittingly plagarised someone elses name. If I have I apologise.
I was trying to convert 300ml of almond milk and was working with english pints so it may be nearer 1 and 1/3 cups of milk.

I thought oat flakes weren't raw. You could probably make this with soaked oat groats though. Sounds seriously yummy.
