Equipment
None
Ingredients
1 cup oat groats, soak 6-8 hrs in faucet hot water
½ head frozen banana, diced
¼ cup raisins (any dried fruit)
¼ cup pine nuts, almonds, etc, soaked
dash celtic sea salt
dash cinnamon
dash kelp
Recipe Directions
Drain water from oat groats and add rest of the ingredients. If this is too much to digest and chew just put it all in the food processor. It will be thick. Add filter hot water if you like, but not too much otherwise you have to adjust your ingredients.
To name a few benefits of this meal related to muscle growth
this meal high in potassium which removes waste from muscles while working out, keeps muscles and nerves healthy.
the oat groats is high in:
choline (which is depleted from exercise and vital for brain function)
phosphorus(helps with leucine, which is an amino that triggers HGH, and if leucine is low then ammonia is produced. creating a catobolic state, where you lose muscle more than gain or maintain. Muscle burns fat 24/7 :)
Worleyhimself2's Thoughts
By worleyhimself2This is great for anyone who want to put on muscle. Now remember just because you eat this doesn’t mean you’ll get big. You need an intense training, overload. Even so it takes time and even more time for woman so don’t be hesitant.

I've tried that recipe and Wow, what gas does it give!! Grains and fruits are explosive to me. Anyone else have the same problem? What can be done about it?
Cause I love that recipe:-)Leo

sure you can do anything you want to the recipe. its all good. Leo I do rarely get gas from this. From what I know it could be a compromised liver, which I am working on at the moment. Try a digestive enzyme beforehand or even food process it so it is pre-digested for you. Also chew it good. Most of the digestion takes place in the mouth.

Is there a reason why the oat grouts need to be soaked in hot water? Do you think this recipe would also work processed and shaped into a breakfast bar/cookie?

Nice one! I tried this just now and didn't measure anything. Used hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and a few chopped almonds instead and heavy handed on the cinnamon. Delicious!!
