I made this fruit salad today because I had to do something with all the fruits. I really like the way the nectarines taste with the balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
1 nectarine (halved, pitted, sliced)
1 peach (halved, pitted, sliced)
1 apricot (halved, pitted, sliced)
1 black velvet apricot (halved, pitted, sliced)
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Recipe Directions
1. Halve, pit, and slice the fruits (You can peel the fruits as well, if you like.).
2. Mix the honey and balsamic together.
3. Toss and serve.

I don't know what a black velvet apricot is, but I think I want one! ;)

we think that a black velvet apricot is a hybrid between a plum and an apricot. it has the plum color and flesh but is shaped and pitted like an apricot. very juicy and delightful. hope i was helpful raw earth!
