Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
1 small aubergine (UK-speak) or eggplant (in USA)
Agave nectar to taste (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend to your heart's content. Drink cold.

A simple, three-ingredient smoothie. I have not explored any of the other delightful, additional things that could be added (e.g. dates, pears, etc.), but I am sure that someone will try it and let us know!
In addition to tasting good, it is also supposed to be super good for you.
Aubergines are supposed to be packed with potassium and also good for cholesterol, blood sugar, and hypertension.
Post-blending notes: The recipe (as above) comes out with a taste that reminds me of unsweetened soy milk.

hey theres talk on the forums that eggplants arent good for you raw but some people say that they are and im so confused!
the smoothie sounds yum btw
