Usually I have a vinaigrette style dressing, but I really wanted something creamy. Voila! Even my 13 year old, who gags at most things green, really enjoyed it. I tried to get a pic of the dressing on the salad I made, but it mostly just blended in with the greens. Oh well … it’s still a pretty pic,...

Recipe Directions
Toss the first 4 ingredients into the blender with enough water to get things moving.
Then add the remaining ingredients & whiz until well blended.

Yes! It's a pretty picture! I am going to try this! I have never liked avacado in dressing, but maybe this will be the right combo for me! Thanks.

For the salad I used some mixed baby greens, raw corn [cut from the cob], mango, avocado & a sprinkle of flax seeds. :)
