I'm totally addicted to this applesauce and make it a few times a week. The texture is smooth and crunchy and the flavor is so fresh- it beats all cooked applesauces I've tried. I'm eating it right now actually haha

Yield
depends how much you eat! (this is usually one meal for me)
Ingredients
3 apples (i use different kinds to mix up the flavor)
2 medjool dates
1/2 -1 tsp ground cinnamon
Recipe Directions
Process the apples and then add the dates and cinnamon and blend again.
Keeps in the fridge for 2 days (that's the longest it's lasted so i'm guessing that's about right haha)
