I adore Indian sweets and milky desserts! This one is a near replica of the original flavor!
Recipe Directions
1. Throw everything but the chia and pistachios in the Vitamix and blend until it's yellow and liquefied.
2. Put chia seeds in a big bowl. Pour saffron 'milk' over the chia and stir.
3. Refrigerate about an hour or overnight.
4. Garnish with pistachios (rose petals could be used, too) and eat.
