Yield
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 and 1/2 cups water
1 banana
1 handful strawberries
1 tsp maca or mesquite
pinch salt
vanilla
1/2 tsp mixed spice
Recipe Directions
Make seed milk by blending the seeds with water and straining the pulp. Pour the milk back into the blender and add all the other ingredients and blend. Thin it out if it’s too thick, add more banana if it’s too thin. Store in a jar in fridge for a day or two (if it lasts that long!) Drizzle over fruit salads and crepes etc.
Sweetpea's Thoughts

Creamy milk or pouring cream I used to pour over the crepes I made yesterday.
