7 celery stalks (chopped)
½ large granny smith apple or 1 small one (chopped)
Ground fennel seeds (to taste)
Ground ginger (to taste)
1 tablespoon agave
½ tablespoon raw tahini
1½ cups water
1. Throw everything into the blender.
2. Mix to whatever consistency you like, adding more or less water.

I was in the mood for something light and tasty that would use ingredients I already had in the house.
Very little prep time and easy, easy, easy.
Chill for a couple of hours for a great summer treat.
