I was in the mood for something light and tasty that would use ingredients I already had in the house. Very little prep time and easy, easy, easy. Chill for a couple of hours for a great summer treat.

Ingredients
7 celery stalks (chopped)
½ large granny smith apple or 1 small one (chopped)
Ground fennel seeds (to taste)
Ground ginger (to taste)
1 tablespoon agave
½ tablespoon raw tahini
1½ cups water
Recipe Directions
1. Throw everything into the blender.
2. Mix to whatever consistency you like, adding more or less water.

I made this last night and loved it! thanks!! I was really hungry and planned to eat this and an avo.. but after I ate this I was so full I didn't eat anything else.
