UrbanGorilla's Thoughts

A tasty lettuce smoothie! :)
I added a dash of sweet wheat to the mix too.
You can add more strawberries and more banana if you want a more fruitier flavor.

Hi urban gorilla, I drink almost the same smoothie often, minus the dates and sweet germ. I love lettuce in my green smoothies :) Will try your version with the dates. Yum!

The dates are excellent, it makes the drink a little thicker.I got the idea of using the dates from the book 'Rainbow Green Live-food Cuisine'.
enjoy! if you have any suggestions feel free to leave them.
