Yield2 good servings
2 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1 large cucumber cubed
1 diced avocado
½ jalapeno pepper minced(or less for weenies)
2 tablespoon minced cilantro
1 dash salt
1 sprinkle rice wine vinegar, optional.. not raw
chop , mix and chill then enjoy!!!

Its been 104 here for the last week! i like it spicey for some reason when its hot out so this salad came about when i wasmissing an ingredient for a chutney i wanted to make…so far it works for dinner lunch and breaky!
