Its been 104 here for the last week! i like it spicey for some reason when its hot out so this salad came about when i wasmissing an ingredient for a chutney i wanted to make…so far it works for dinner lunch and breaky!

Ingredients

2 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1 large cucumber cubed
1 diced avocado
½ jalapeno pepper minced(or less for weenies)
2 tablespoon minced cilantro
1 dash salt
1 sprinkle rice wine vinegar, optional.. not raw

chop , mix and chill then enjoy!!!

i didnt know they let you live in texas and not eat jalapenos! teeheee hope you all enjoy this, i diced mango in with it yesterday, not a bad addition if i do say so myself....cheers

This sounds great, and I am the biggest weenie when it comes to spice, so I will have to leave out the jalapeno. Hard to belive living in TX and Its been over 100 for weeks now and its only JUNE!!!
