Bdavis's Thoughts
By bdavisI’m not sure about white vinegar as a raw ingredient, so if you know of a substitute, feel free to use it.
The longer this sets, the better it tastes.

This does look good and I was looking for some lentil recipes. But, I think I will sprout first as well.

Great winter food! But why not allow your lentils to sprout for a day or 2 before combining with everything else? Looking forward to trying this, perhaps with whole red lentils...

This was light, and tangy, and filling. It reminds me of the three-bean salad that you sometimes find in salad bars. I made it with sprouted lentils and left out the tamari. It would be nice to always have some of this salad in the fridge.

Sounds good, I will try it with sprouted lentils (easier to digest) and apple cyder vinegar.

I love sprouted beans, but I have to cook them otherwise I spend the evening on the toilet. Maybe I'll steam them for about 5 minutes (that's usually enough) and try this. Thanks for the recipe!
