Yield
Makes 2 quarts
Ingredients
1 cup Water
5 Stalks Celery
4 Bananas
1 Lemon
1 Pear
1 Lime
2 tablespoon Vanilla - either bean, or extract, or flavoring
3 tablespoon Cinnamon (optional)
Frozen Pineapple to desired consistency or taste
Recipe Directions
Same as the usual smoothies. First the water, blend down the celery add the rest except the frozen pineapple and blend well. Then add in the pineapple and blend to your favorite consistency or taste. This would also be good with some coconut flavor added in somehow, but I didn’t have any at the time.
Enjoy
Dia's Thoughts
By Dia This is very tropical, sweet and tangy. The vanilla and lime go well together. If you are not used to eating greens you can leave out the celery, for a sweet snack! This makes a large smoothie for the day.
