Yield
2 cups of creme
Ingredients
1 cup raw macadamia nuts (unsoaked)
Seeds from 1/4 to 1/2 vanilla bean
Recipe Directions
1. Blend the nuts in a food processor or coffee grinder until smooth like cream, a little like nut butter, but don’t make it too liquidy like nut butter. Just smooth and creamy.
2. Add the vanilla bean seeds and agave (optional). Process a little more just to mix everything.
Rawclaire's Thoughts

I guess this is more like macadamia cream, but it has some quality that gets rid of that noticeable macadamia flavor.
This is really easy to make, and I even ate it when I was really full.

Yeah, actually it's not even supposed to have a sweetenner in it! I'll change that and add the source:)
