Ingredients
1/4 cup walnuts soaked, drained, chopped
1 cup celery chopped fine
1 cup grapes halved
1 apple peeled cored and diced
2 tablespoons spring onions
1/4 tsp salt
4 calamansi, juiced
1 cup water
Recipe Directions
1. Make a calamansi-water juice. Soak the apple In the mixture while preparing the other ingredients
2. Drain apple and mix with celery, grapes, chopped walnuts and spring onions.
3. Take some pili or walnut mayonnaise (use instead of cashew) for dressing.
