Ingredients
2 red apples (chopped)
3 tablespoons chia seeds (soaked in 1 cup water for 30 minutes)
1 cup dried apricots (soaked in water at least 30 minutes)
Pinch of cinnamon and ginger (fresh or powder)
Recipe Directions
1. Get soaking once you decide you want a treat.
2. Blend very thoroughly and pour into jars. Pop into the fridge.

It’s very yummy and gets a bit thicker once chilled. I think I may even try freezing it in pops!
If I had vanilla powder, I think it would be magnificent, and you can definitely feel free to add sweetener, or to substitute a similar dried fruit.
Makes almost 2 full pint-sized sprouting glass jars worth. Enjoy!
