Login to Community Signup for an account Login using Facebook<p>I have been on a low carb diet for the past 6 months and ended up giving up my vegetarian ways in order to be able to eat foods on the diet. The change was amazing…although I have lost 45 pounds, I am out of energy and miss my yummy fruits and vegetables. As summer is dawning upon me, I am ready to give up this way of eating for a healthier and more cleansing way because I am sick of being out of energy after my daily workout! I am starting in a week after I do all of the necessary reading and studying!</p>
