I love to cook and create new recipes, which I will post here as soon as possible, promise! Goneraw is a great motivation for me to try to reach my goal of becoming at least 75% raw. For now I am about 50% raw (on a good day), and still really struggling through the transitional period. I aim to improve my overall well being and health through a raw diet, and attending as many Bikram (“hot” yoga) sessions as possible. Suggestions, tips, and kind words of encouragement are very appreciated.</p>
