Joined August 25, 2007<p>I’m a born again vegan. I was almost fully vegan for about five years, then went back to more SAD eating for the past two years. Today our household is all eating vegan-my husband, my daughter and her partner.</p> <p>We’re from the west coast of Canada-Richmond, BC. Love to see and hear people from all over the world.</p> <p>I was introduced to raw food by my daughter’s partner, Ryota. It’s the desserts that pulled me in. With desserts like that why would anyone ever eat white flour and sugar!?</p> <p>I’m not a raw foodist, but I’ve been making lots of raw food recipes….and moving slowly that way.</p> <p>This site is SOOOO inspiring. Wow.</p>
