My best success has been on weight watchers diet which is a healthy way of eating the All-American diet. You can cut me some slack; I know how anathema that sounds to people who think consuming meat and dairy is criminal behavior. So I just arrived late in life to a better consciousnes about food. I have tried vegetarian diets; still eating dairy and eggs and got bored with the diet. So to tell you that I have qualms about going raw would be an understatement. I would like to start out by detoxing from all the crap that I have eaten. If anyone knows of any books or plans that help with the detox process I’d love to hear about it. I would also like to get inspired to believe that you can actually get optimal dosages of vitamins on a raw diet. So I am looking for resources to read and experiences of others to get off on the right track.</p>
