I am a 54 year old single woman, living in the North woods of California. Eight years ago I became really ill, due to accidental poisoning. I have tried almost every thing I know to get healthy and recently became serious about learning to eat raw. I am not 100% raw yet, am still supplementing about 20% cooked, but hope as time goes by that I will learn new ways. Thank you for the great recipes and more importantly the hope that they inspire!
