I have long believed the standard American Diet (SAD) has contributed to the declining health of all Americans. Also, our acid filled bodies needed to become more alkaline. Some good friends introduced me to the Raw-living-food life style a two months ago. In just 6 weeks, my cholesterol went from 237 to 203. Blood pressure went from 148/89 to 114/72. I feel great and friends are asking, “What are you doing, you look great!” Living this way is a committment, but well worth the investment. I love eating Raw Gourmet uncooking. I am on a journey for my life.</p>
