I was eating raw for about 4 months before the holiday season started and I had never felt better. I just started to get bored with the foods and missed bread. I couldn't find a recipe that I could make that I liked for a substitute. I'm not sure I will go back to total raw after the cleanse but I definitely want to have a raw diet be a large part of my nutrition.</p>
