I grew up vegetarian and went back to that way of living 4 years ago. I was vegan for 1 year and slowly started adding diary and seafood into my diet. I noticed that I started feeling sluggish and tired all the time. I purchased a cleanse and was told that it would work better if I ate only raw food. 1 week in and I am really loving this way of life. I have more energy and down 3 pounds! I am excited to continue exploring the Raw way of life!!
