Joined December 5, 2007<p>In 1994 I was diagnosed with Mastocytosis, a very rare, incurable, auto-immune disease. My body was quickly deteriorating, since it took several years to determine what was wrong with me. When I was told there was nothing that could be done, I started searching for an alternative therapy and found the raw food diet to be the answer to all my prayers. Since then, I have been sharing the knowledge I have gained in making this lifestyle fun and easy with the added bonus of delicious food! My latest efforts in spreading the word are in the completion of the book, "Transitioning to Living Cuisine". The Program Introduction is available to view at my website, www.reneoswald.com My calling is to share all that I have learned about nutrition and the living foods lifestyle through the book and to one day have an affordable Living Foods Retreat Center, where anyone that wants the information can come to learn to live the healthiest life possible. I have been given the gift of health and a second change at life and am anxious to share this information with as many people as possible.</p>
