I have come to raw over the last two years and am convinced of the rightness of it and it’s need to be taught throughout the earth. I feel it promotes clearer thinking, is a major help with depression, diabetes, cancer prevention and weight loss to mention just a few of it’s benefits.</p> <p>I first read Susan Schenck’s book “The Live Food Factor” and then several others. My husband’s severe diabetes stays at normal levels when raw and he has lost about 50 pounds and myself about 25.</p> <p>My Daughter-in-law and I are going for our certifications as raw teacher, chef and instuctor in January.</p>
