Ingredients
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
COCONUT CREAM
2 cups coconut meat
2 tablespoons coconut water
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon coconut butter (liquefied)
1 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe Directions
COCONUT CREAM
1. Whip coconut cream ingredients in blender until creamy. Add more coconut water, 1 tablespoon at a time, as needed.
2. Let chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
3. Put 5-6 blueberries in the bottom of a 6 ounce parfait glass.
4. Place 1 tablespoon coconut cream on top of blueberries, and then place 5-6 raspberries on top of cream.
