Hi Laura Jane, I recently found your podcasts and blog and purchased the 30 day plan. I'm learning a lot and enjoying your recipes. You asked for podcast suggestions and one popped into my head the other day while I was planning some upcoming travel. What do I eat while traveling? So far, I'm planning to take a mixture of nuts and cranberries for snacking and can eat salads, but what else would work? There will be times when I won't be make my own meals. What do you suggest? Thanks so much! Mary Sarah

Hi Mary Sarah - and yay for double names!

Love the idea. Thank you for the suggestion. I have added it to my "future topics" list. Hopefully I will get to do more traveling soon and get some good ideas... Anyone want to fly me to Hawaii for research? ;)

Hi Laura-Jane.. I was making a salad with the quinoa sprout. You explain how to make the sprout. I was wondering, after the soaking for 3 hours and then I place the strainer over a bowl and cover with a damp cloth, do I put water in the bowl????? Love LM
