Yield4-10 ounce servings
3 cups water
½ cup raw cashews
2 ripe bananas
2 kiwis (skinned)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
3 cups baby spinach
2 pinches of sprouts
1 vanilla bean
3 large dates
1. Start by placing the dates, cashews, and water in the blender. Blend gently for a few seconds.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Vanilla bean may be added whole or you can add the seeds scraped from the bark only.
