Extra tasty way to get your probiotics

Recipe Directions

Blend bananas to a dream with a small amount of water. Pour the cream in a glass and stir in the kombucha. Do not place the kombucha in the blender because you do not want to break the strands of culture. For added nutrition you can add a teaspoon of maca or mesquite powder. If you want a chocolate flavor add some cacao or carob powder. Enjoy and your stomach will thank you :)

however... the kombucha that has juice in it.. like the gingerberry i just drank... had blueberry juice and fresh pressed ginger juice.. not sure if the blueberry juice had been pasteurized before being added.. hey, you could always stick to the plain kombucha and add your own raw flavors..

absolutely it is raw! i love kombucha.. the green one is my favorite but i just tried this with the gingerberry flavor and it rocked!! i work with a woman who made kombucha from one of the bottled G.T.'s Kombucha brand..kinda cool.. it just lives off of sugar.. if you got a kind that you couldnt make more kombucha with, that just means that it isnt alive.. which is the whole point anyway right?

I use kombucha in green smoothies. It tastes better than water!

Wow, this looks really tasty. I've never considered combining anything with Kombucha, but now I'm inspired!
