1 banana (frozen)
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons raw nut butter
2 tablespoons flax seeds (ground)
½ cup almond milk
2 cups ice (crushed)
1. Throw everything in a Vitamix and blend until creamy. You can add some sweetener if you like. It’s thick enough for me to eat with a spoon, so add less ice if you want to be able to slurp it through a straw.
