Ingredients
5 apples (cored and peeled)
¾ cup agave nectar
1¾ cups almonds (soaked and ground)
1½ cups raisins
¼ cup cinnamon
Recipe Directions
1. Slice half of the apples in a food processor with the slicing disk and place in a bowl. Shred the other half and place in the same bowl.
2. Mix all other ingredients together in the bowl.
3. Press the mix into 18 flat, round cookies and place them on 2 dehydrator sheets, each with 3 rows of 3 cookies.
4. Dehydrate at 105°Fahrenheit for about 24 hours. Cookies should be chewy, not dry.

By kandaceThese are a soft, chewy treat. I often bring this along as a snack when traveling, and also because I’ve found that even family that doesn’t eat raw requests this treat often.
Adapted from a recipe in Rawvolution. I scaled down the agave as the entire cookie was a bit too sweet for my taste and added more raisins for texture.

Love the cookies. I used dates instead of raisins and it taste as good

My husband really loves these delightful yet so healthy cookies. I used craisins in place of the raisins just for more of a bite. My husband is diebetic and these are "safe" as well for him.

These cookies are really, really good. I would have thought they'd been in the oven. Oh yum. Perfect for the holidays.
