Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
2 cups almond mylk with 1 teaspoon green Stevia
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 cups apple (diced)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Lemon zest
2 cups fruit puree (peach, apricot, berries)
3/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup coconut (shredded or chips)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Mix almond mylk and stevia first. Let "steep" for 20 minutes.
2. Then combine all the ingredients together.

Anne,
You can buy Almond mylk, however it's fairly easy to make. Almond Mylk is used in place of cow's milk. Since we are vegan we don't use milk, eggs etc. So we soak our Almonds and use the mixture that comes out. Here is a link of our recipe for it:
