Recipe Directions

* 4 cups rolled oats

* 2 cups almond mylk,(add 1tsp.Green Stevia)

* 1/2 cup raisins

* 1/4 cup dried cranberries

* 2 cups diced apple

* juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon

* lemon zest

* 2 cups fruit puree (peach,apricot, berries)

* 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

* 1/2 cup chopped pecans

* 1 tsp. vanilla

* 1/2 tsp. himylian salt

* 1/2 cup coconut, shredded or chips

* 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Mix almond mylk and Green Leaf Stevia Powder first and let "steep" for 20 minutes. Then combine all the ingredients together.

Anne,

You can buy Almond mylk, however it's fairly easy to make. Almond Mylk is used in place of cow's milk. Since we are vegan we don't use milk, eggs etc. So we soak our Almonds and use the mixture that comes out. Here is a link of our recipe for it:
